The registration fee includes: participation in the conference, lunch, coffee during breaks, and conference dinner June 19.

Important information regarding VAT
The fees are stated in SEK excluding Swedish VAT.
Please note that delegates representing a company or organisation from a country outside of Sweden are NOT required to pay Swedish VAT on the registration fee.

If you are from an EU country – a valid VAT number is mandatory, otherwise VAT will be added to your registration fee. 
It is important that your number is stated exactly according to EU standards.

If you are from a country outside of EU – you can register without a VAT number.

Delegates from Sweden and private persons are required to pay VAT on the registration fee (25%). You do not need to enter your VAT number at this stage.
All delegates (Swedish and international) are required to pay VAT on social events (25%) 
 

Cancellation policy for registration:
The registration is binding but can be transferred to a colleague.

Social activity and conference dinner
 

Welcome to join us in an open air boat trip through the center of Gothenburg followed by dinner. 
Please consider bringing a sweater and a water-resistant jacket (just in case).

Start: 18:00

The boat trip and the conference dinner is included in the conference fee but needs to be pre-registered.

If you would like an extra conference dinner ticket (apart from the one included in the conference fee) you can buy tickets for 750 SEK excluding VAT (937,50 including VAT).

Method of payment
All payments should be made in Swedish krona (kr/SEK). 

You can only pay by credit card – Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Please note that all credit card payments are made through secure and encrypted online payment gateway, and will be listed as a transaction with Sweden Meetx AB on your credit card statement.
