Cancellation rules for registration and social arrangements:
Please note that your registration for participation is binding, but can be transferred to another person at a cost of SEK 250. Please contact Sweden MEETX AB by e-mail.
Change of registration, invoice and hotel fees:
In case of incorrect invoice address, 250: - is charged for re-mailing and returning invoices.
In case of late payment, 60: - is charged for a reminder fee. Other claims and arrears are payable according to the collection and interest rate laws.
Booking fee for hotel bookings, charged by 100: - at each change date
Cancellation of hotel room
• Until 8 weeks before the date of arrival, the reservation can be canceled free of charge.
• From 8 to 6 weeks before arrival - 50% of the room cost is charged.
• From 6 to 4 weeks before arrival - 80% of the room cost is charged.
• If canceled from 4 weeks until the date of arrival, no refund is possible.
Please note that the change of arrival / departure date within this time limit is counted as cancellation. Cancellations and / or changes must always be made directly to Sweden MEETX AB and not to the hotel.
Payment:
The conference fee can be invoiced to the specified invoice address, alternatively paid by card via our secure DIBS solution.
In case of invoice payment, an invoice fee of 49: - incl. VAT will be added.
Sweden MEETX AB confirms and bills incl. VAT. Payment terms are 30 days. Payment must be made to us before the conference begins.

You are a visitor attending an event as a private individual
In connection with the purchase of a ticket or seminar admission card, we collect name, title, address, mobile number, e-mail address and interests. We do this in order to be able to offer as comprehensive an experience at the event as possible. We process your information with automatic data processing to give you access to the services offered by the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre and Gothia Towers.
You will receive
- Confirmation by email, text or mail
- Possibly an invoice by mail or e-mail
- An e-mail with information about the event
- An e-mail with market research about the event
- A newsletter about the current edition of the event
- A newsletter about the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre's Lifestyle exhibitions
How long do we keep your information?
Personal data is retained for 1-3 years, during which time we also inform you about the next edition of the event. You can always unsubscribe from receiving information from the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre and Gothia Towers; you can also specify which information you wish to receive. You can do this by sending a mail to info@excellencesummit.se . After one year, you will receive an e-mail asking you if you wish to renew, and agree that we may continue to keep your personal details to send you further information, offers and newsletters.
Photography and video recording
Photography and video recording will take place at the exhibition. As a participant, and upon the acceptance of our terms and conditions, you consent to being photographed and filmed and agree that the results may be published on the Internet and used in the marketing of the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre/Gothia Towers and its events. The material can also be used by the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre/Gothia Towers’ exhibitors and partners. These images and films will be used responsibly by the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre/Gothia Towers, and inappropriate, discriminatory or offensive images will be deleted.
You can find our films and photos on the exhibition’s website and Facebook page and are welcome to share these during and after the exhibition.
