Welcome to register for the MMIN2016 Congress 29 May - 2 June, 2016 in Gothenburg

The registration fee for the congress includes: admission to the congress from May 29 to June 2, congress materials, daily lunches, coffee/tea, dinner May 30 as well as Conference dinner and Excursion June 1.

All prices quoted are in SEK including 25% VAT.

Swedish tax legislation requires delegates to pay their conference fee including Swedish VAT, which may be reimbursed according to specific regulations. If you are from a country in the EU area, please search for refund of VAT at your tax office, in your home country. Credit card – Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Please note that all credit card payments are made through secure and encrypted online payment gateway, and will be listed as a transaction with Sweden MEETX AB on your credit card statement.

Invoice – Only possible for Swedish companies/organisations with a valid Swedish VAT number (Org.nr).

Payment:

The conference fee can be billed to the specified billing address, or paid by card through our secure DIBS solution.

When paying by invoice to an invoice fee of 49:- sek including VAT.

Sweden Meetx confirm and invoice incl. VAT. Payment terms are 30 days. Payment shall be received before the meeting begins.

Change Fees applicable for registration, invoices and hotels:

Improper dejected billing address is charged 250:- sek for readdressing and retransmission of invoice.
Delayed payment fee is 60:- sek as a reminder fee.

Cancellation of registration and social events

The registration is binding, but may be transferred to another person of your organization to a cost of 250:- sek. Please contact Sweden MEETX AB in writing via mmin2016@meetx.se as soon as possible to whom your registration should be transferred to in order to be able to print the correct name on the badge and also on the rooming list to the hotel.
Until March 1 2016, cancellation is possible and you will get full refund on the registration fee and congress dinner fee minus an administrative cost of 750: - sek. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received from March 2 2016.

Change Fees applicable for registration, invoices and hotels:

Improper dejected billing address is charged 250:- sek for readdressing and retransmission of invoice.
Delayed payment fee is 60:- sek as a reminder fee.
Amendment Fee hotel, is charged with 100:- sek each time

Cancellation of hotel rooms: checked always dependent on the number of rooms

Up to 8 weeks before the date the reservation can be cancelled without charge.

From 8 to 6 weeks prior to arrival - 50 % of the room will be charged.

From 6 to 4 weeks prior to arrival - 80 % of the room will be charged.

We regret that no cancellation within 4 weeks before arrival will be refunded.

Please note that change of arrival/departure dates within this deadline is to be counted as cancellation.

Changes and/or cancellations has to be made directly to Sweden MEETX AB via mmin2016@meetx.se and not to the hotel.
