By clicking the “I accept“ checkbox, you agree to the following terms and conditions which constitute a legally enforceable written end user agreement. If you agree to the terms on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the complete authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of such entity; or if you agree to the terms as an individual, you represent that you are over the age of 18.
All registered delegates will appear on a list of delegates, including name, position, company, city, country. No personal contact details will be disclosed.
Payment
Credit card
The registration free must be paid by credit card through our secure PayEx solution. Our registration service will also take care of name changes and general questions around the registration process. If are paying for this registration but are not named as the attendee and need a receipt please contact our registration service RDAsia@meetx.se

Invoice - groups only
The registration fee must be paid in 30 days. Payment conditions are valid from today´s date. If the fee not has been paid before the conference starts you will need to pay when arrive.
Please note that if you choose the invoice alternative, the invoice will only be sent together with your confirmation and not by regular mail. If are paying for this registration but are not named as the attendee and need the invoice please add your email address in the field below.
Please note: Improper billing address is charged SEK 250 for readdressing and retransmission of invoice.

Cancellation of registration
No refunds can be made for cancellation of registration. However, registration may be transferred to another person. For transfer of registration, please contact us in writing to RDAsia@meetx.se
Force majeure
The Association Radiodays Asia reserves the right to modify dates, locations, time schedules and programs caused by “force majeure”. “Force majeure” is defined as incidents beyond anyone’s control such as - but not limited to - general strikes, invasions, hostilities, war, rioting or similar situations, or acts-of-God such as - but not limited to - epidemics, floods, volcanic eruption, earthquakes or other convulsions of nature and other acts. In that case, the registration remains binding.
In the case of event cancellation directly or indirectly caused by - or resulting from - "force majeure", Radiodays Asia will notify the registered persons. The contract shall automatically terminate, and the Association Radiodays Asia may retain as liquidated damages any and all fees paid by the registered person.
