Radio Hack Europe 2018, 16-18 March - Registration

Radiodays Europe's 48h spin-off event Radio Hack Europe will take place from Friday 16 March (evening) until Sunday 18 March (late afternoon), at the Hotel Schani in Vienna's 11th district. Participation is open to radio professionals, audio enthusiasts, developers and designers with a recognisable interest in audio.

Please note that not more than 3 participants from the same company or organisation can be registered, and that registration is final. Radiodays Europe applies a no-refund policy. However, registrations can be transferred to another name in case of inability to attend.

The registration fee must be paid by credit card through our secure PayEx solution. We accept VISA and MasterCard.

If you have been supplied with a Partner Organisation Code/Promotional code, you will have the opportunity to enter this in step 2 of your registration. The prices will then be adjusted accordingly.

All registered delegates will appear on a list of delegates, including name, position, company, city, country. No personal contact details will be disclosed.

Conditions of participation
The Association Radiodays Europe and the Radio Hack project management reserve the right to cancel registrations that don't fit the conditions for a Radio Hack Europe participation. All participants must have a recognisable audio interest.

Cancellation of registration
No refunds can be made for cancellation of registration. However, registration may be transferred to another person. For transfer of registration, please contact us in writing to hack@radiodayseurope.com with RDE@radiodayseurope.com in copy.

Force majeure
The Association Radiodays Europe reserves the right to modify dates, locations, time schedules and programmes caused by “force majeure”. “Force majeure” is defined as incidents beyond anyone’s control such as - but not limited to - general strikes, invasions, hostilities, war, rioting or similar situations, or acts-of-God such as - but not limited to - epidemics, floods, volcanic eruption, earthquakes or other convulsions of nature and other acts. In that case, the registration remains binding.
In the case of event cancellation directly or indirectly caused by - or resulting from - "force majeure", Radiodays Europe will notify the registered persons. The contract shall automatically terminate, and the Association Radiodays Europe may retain as liquidated damages any and all fees paid by the registered person.
