Booking regulations
Registration is binding, but you are free to send a replacement for the registered participant, as long as you’ve informed Aktuell Hållbarhet at least two days ahead of the conference. Please note that we reserve the right to change the program up until and during the conference.
Payment
Payment of your conference fee is done by invoice or credit card.
Payment information is submitted later in the registration form.
Payment terms: 30 days
Invoices are sent on a rolling schedule.
If payment by invoice: If your invoice has to be sent to a certain address and you need to add a particular invoice reference, please double check this before submitting your registration. If your invoice needs to be changed due to erroneously submitted information, a fee of 200 SEK plus VAT will be added to your total.
Changes
Changing your session choices is possible, as long as there are seats available for the session. Requests to change sessions have to be made in writing to Aktuell Hållbarhet (konferens@aktuellhallbarhet.se)
Responsibility for the service
Aktuell Hållbarhet /Bonnier Business Sustainibility handles bookings and payments. Aktuell Hållbarhet /Bonnier Business Sustainibility supplies an internet service for booking and purchasing conference tickets. Aktuell Hållbarhet /Bonnier Business Sustainibility is not responsible for and does not replace any damages that might occur due to service outages, delays, service disruptions or other technical circumstances that might disrupt or prevent the use of the booking system.
Applicable laws
This user agreement is subject to Swedish law.
