Welcome to register for the Seizures and Stroke Conference February 20-22, 2019 at Wallenberg Conference Center in Gothenburg !

The registration fee includes admission to the conference, coffee breaks, lunches and participation at the welcome reception on the 20th of February.

Important information regarding VAT
The fees are stated in SEK excluding Swedish VAT. Please note that delegates representing a company or organisation from a country outside of Sweden are NOT required to pay Swedish VAT on the registration fee.

If you are from an EU country – a valid VAT number is mandatory, otherwise VAT will be added to your registration fee. It is important that your number is stated exactly according to EU standards. Click here to see the number structure of each member state. To validate your number before registering, please click here.

If you are from a country outside of EU – you can register without a VAT number.

Delegates from Sweden and private persons are required to pay VAT on the registration fee (25%). You do not need to enter your VAT number at this stage.

All delegates (Swedish and international) are required to pay VAT on social events (25%) and hotel (12%)

The conference fee can be paid by card through our secure DIBS solution.
After the 31st of Jan we will not be sending any invoices.

Improper submitted billing address is charged SEK 250 excluding VAT for readdressing and retransmission of invoice. Delayed payment fee is SEK 60 including VAT as a reminder fee.

Cancellation of registration and social events
The registration is binding. If you cannot attend the conference, your registration is transferable to another member of your organization. An administrative cost of SEK 250 will be charged.

Please inform Sweden MEETX as soon as possible to whom your registration should be transferred by writing to: seizureandstroke@meetx.se

Change fees applicable for registration and invoices

Payment
The conference fee can be billed to the specified billing address, or paid by card through our secure DIBS solution.
When paying by invoice an invoice fee of SEK 49 including VAT.
Sweden MEETX confirm and invoice incl. VAT. Payment terms are 30 days. Payment must be received before the meeting begins.

Our privacy statement
We are committed to protecting your privacy. The information we ask for in the registration is the information we need to properly arrange the meeting, logistics, login, payments etc. We will provide relevant information with our partners (travel agency / hotel / venue and industry) with the same purpose. Neither we nor our partners will share any information with third parties. We may keep your name and email address for future events, but you are always free to reject any invitations. We can not register your information without your approval. By confirming our cancellation policy and then clicking the "I accept the user agreement" button in our forms, you agree that we store your information for the above purposes.
