Cancellation & Refund Policy
The Company reserves the sole right to cancel any course due to insufficient number of participants or due to factors beyond the reasonable control of the Company such as, but not limited to, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, labor strikes, war, civil unrest and disorders, etc. In the unlikely event of a course cancellation, the Company shall endeavor to notify the Participant at the soonest possible time, especially if the cancellation is due to factors beyond the reasonable control of the Company. The Company shall therefore attempt to recommend or provide alternatives for consideration by the Participant. In the event of cancellation by either party, either Company or Participant must inform the other party of its intent to cancel the course by providing written notice two (2) weeks before commencement of each course (the “Termination Notice”). In the event of such cancellation, Participant shall be entitled to a full course refund. If Participant does not provide Company the applicable Termination Notice, or provides the Termination Notice less than in two (2) weeks, the Participant shall not be entitled to a refund.
