Prices given include Swedish VAT. In the summary you will find a specification.

Conference fee

Early bird conference fee until May 21: SEK 2495 excl VAT (SEK 3119 incl VAT)

Ordinary conference fee from May 22: SEK 3000 excl VAT (SEK 3750 incl VAT)

The conference fee includes refreshments, two lunches, welcome reception and conference dinner. The lectures on the workshop Publishing and Mediatization.

VAT Clarification

Delegates affiliated with Swedish governmental agencies (universities included) make a purchase including VAT (3119 SEK) but internally deduct VAT, actual cost 2495 SEK.

Delegates representing foreign corporations/organizations within EU countries can recover VAT. Please email countrycode and VAT number to congress@grandtravel.se. The VAT will then be refunded to the creditcard used in the booking

Foreign delegates without corporate/organizational affiliation make a purchase including VAT, 3119 SEK. If you have further questions regarding cost/Vat, please contact ACSIS Organizer Mattis Karlsson, mattis.karlsson@liu.se.

Invoice will be sent by email or by letter. 

If you choose credit card payment your card will be charged directly and a receipt will be printable on your computer screen. Credit card payment is fully secured.
