Registration fees
Included in the registration fee is attendance at the full conference program, exhibition, lunch buffet and coffee breaks for the day (-s) specified.

It is possible to buy separate day passes (reduced student fee’s only 2 day package), the regular conference fee covers both days.

The tunnel excursion on Friday 8. September is free of charge but you need to register in advance. The excursion might be fully booked so book you place early if you would like to attend.

There is an early-bird offer giving reduced conference rates and day passes if you book up until midnight on June 30th.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are only accepted in writing to Stavanger Forum Booking Office: booking@stavanger-forum.no

  • Cancellations received within 24h of registration will be refunded in full except a cancellation fee of NOK 500 (also valid if proof of sick leave is presented up until 24h before the conference)

  • Cancellations received before 7. August 2017, will be subject to a refund of 50% of the paid fee

  • Cancellations received 8. August 2017 or later will be given no refund

The excursion to Flor & Fjære 7. September follow’s the same cancellation deadlines. So if you cancel this but not your conference attendance by 7. August you will get a 50% refund.

Kindly note, if any “delegate” is unable to attend we will accept a substitute delegate at no extra cost up until one week prior to the start of the event. Please notify us by email at booking@stavanger-forum.no or edit your details online.


Other subjects
The programme and speakers are subject to change without notice, for any unforeseen reason.

Circumstances beyond the control of the organiser, such as failures in the supply of electricity, water, heating, telecommunications and data lines and the like, and circumstances which are to be regarded as force majeure, such as strikes, lockouts, fires and so forth, do not entitle the registrant to claim compensation, refund of registration fee or the like.

If you have problems with your online payment, please contact your credit card provider. Under Norwegian tax regulations, delegates from all countries are required to pay 25 % VAT on any conference taking place in Norway. VAT is subject to change without notice.

Payment 
All transactions are made in NOK.
All registrations and tickets are to be paid to Stavanger Forum AS by credit card or invoice.

If you choose to pay by invoice there will be an additional invoice fee of NOK 80 ex. vat.

The following credit/debit cards are valid for payment: MasterCard and VISA. 
If you have problems with your online payment, please contact you credit card provider.

Important information regarding payment by credit card:

Please be aware that your payment is secured by PayIQ AB and uses SSL encryption to protect your details. SSL, or Secure Sockets Layer, is an industry standard to protect e-commerce transactions. Your card number is transmitted in a secure manner directly to your bank, the merchant does not have any direct or indirect access to your card or bank account.

If your bank or credit card company requires a code, you will be asked to enter your personal code or password to complete the transaction. Please have it ready before starting the registration process.
