Hotel reservation
Provided below a list of hotels in close proximity to the conference venue DGI Byen CPH Conference.
Hotel placement is on a first-come, first-served basis and according to hotel room availability.

Are you interested in sharing a room please select “double use”. Please state the full name of the person you are sharing your room with, by clicking "Other person" and state the name in the "First name" and "Last name" field.

IMPORTANT! If you book a DOUBLE USE ROOM, please coordinate and make sure that the person you are sharing the room with DO NOT book a room too. This is to avoid double bookings at the hotel. Terms & Conditions - your agreement with us
PCSI Copenhagen 2019

By registering for the Conference, you agree that you have read and accepted these terms and agree to be legally bound them. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms, please do not register, attend or participate in the Conference.

If you are registering on behalf of another person it is your obligation to make sure that the person attending is aware of these Terms and accepts them.

Conference fee
Cancellations have to be informed in writing to the conference managers.
If a registrant is unable to attend the conference for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with the conference managers, someone else to attend in their place.
The conference fee cannot be refunded.

PCSI Membership fee
PCSI Membership fee cannot be refunded.

Hotel booking
All hotel booking is binding and cannot be refunded. Registrant may substitute, by arrangement with the conference managers, someone else to the room.

Payment conditions
Payment is done in DKK (Danish kroner). All prices are excl. 25 % Danish VAT.

By credit card, invoice or EAN invoice (EAN invoice only for Danish organisations/companies with a 13-digit EAN number)
