Cancellation of registration and social events

The registration is binding, but may be transferred to another person of your organization to a cost of SEK 250:-. Please contact Sweden MEETX in writing via edcc2016@meetx.se as soon as possible to whom your registration should be transferred to in order to be able to print the correct name on the badge and also on the rooming list to the hotel.
Until date July 5 2016, cancellation is possible and you will get full refund on the registration fee and conference dinner fee minus an administrative cost of SEK 2000:-. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received from date month year.

Change Fees applicable for registration and invoices:

Improper dejected billing address is charged SEK 250:- for readdressing and retransmission of invoice.
Delayed payment fee is SEK 60:- as a reminder fee.

Payment:

The conference fee can be billed to the specified billing address, or paid by card through our secure DIBS solution.
When paying by invoice to an invoice fee of SEK 49:- including VAT.
Sweden MEETX confirm and invoice incl. VAT. Payment terms are 30 days. Payment shall be received before the meeting begins.

The conference is administered by Sweden MEETX.
