Where’s the Music? 2018 (in these Terms referred to as the “Event”) is a combined showcase festival and music industry conference located in Norrköping, Sweden. Dates for the Event are 9-10/2/2018. A Delegate to the Event will be able to enter both the festival and the conference.
The following general terms & conditions (referred to as “Terms”) are applicable to the contractual relationship between the festival promoter (FKP Scorpio Sverige AB, Löjtnantsgatan 25, 7TR, 115 50 Stockholm, Sweden, org no. 556841-7496, tel. + 46 (0) 8 410 462 42, e-mail info@fkpscorpio.se, in these Terms referred to as “FKP Scorpio”) and the visitor (in these Terms referred to as the ”Delegate”) when registered to the Event.
To participate in the Event, the Delegate has to complete the registration and agree to these Terms. The registration site and all payments are being handled by Grand Travel Group (Grand Travel Group Sweden AB, Ågatan 25, 582 22 Linköping, Sweden, org no. 556779-9977, tel. +46(0) 13-126690, e-mail festival@grandtravel.se, in these Terms referred to as “Grand Travel Group”). It is possible to register multiple Delegates on the same occasion. These Terms shall apply to all persons in the registration.
1. Personal data
When registering as a Delegate to the Event FKP Scorpio will ask for some personal data. Parts of these personal data (Name, Company and Email address) will form the basis of the delegate badges and could be made public via the attendee list by the promoter. All personal data submitted is subject to Swedish data protection law and will be handled accordingly. We guarantee this through technical and organizational measures. Controller of Delegates´ personal data is FKP Scorpio. FKP Scorpio will not disclose your personal data to a third party with only exception for being able to complete the registration and the payment of the Delegate ticket.
2. Age limit
Where’s the Music? has an age limit of 18 years minimum. Delegate must have reached 18 years of age before 9th February 2018.
3. Cancellation
The Delegate ticket is personal and cannot be cancelled. Bought ticket is repurchased only if the entire event is cancelled. If delegate is prevented from attending, the ticket may be assigned to a colleague after consultation with Grand Travel Group. FKP Scorpio or Grand Travel Group will not refund any travel costs in case of a cancelled event.
4. Changes
FKP Scorpio reserves the right to introduce changes in the program for the conference and the festival.
5. Access
The event takes place indoors and the different venues and conference rooms may reach their maximum capacity. FKP Scorpio reserves the right to decide when a venue is closed for entry.
The Delegate is therefore not granted access to all shows and conference programs automatically but must instead be out in good time to ensure access.
6. Delegate ticket includes:
- Access to Where’s the Music? – Conference
- Access to Where’s the Music? – Festival
- Priority access to venues.
- Networking opportunities with both domestic and international music industry professionals.
- Exclusive offers in advance and during the festival.
- Delegate bag.
7. Hotel arrangement
FKP Scorpio offers the possibility for Delegates to make hotel reservation in connection to the Event. Hotel reservations and booking will be executed by Grand Travel Group; separate terms and conditions will apply herefor. Neither FKP Scorpio nor Grand Travel Group guarantees the availability of hotel rooms.
8. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Solely the laws of the Kingdom of Sweden are applicable on agreements governed by these Terms. Place of jurisdiction for any disputes is Stockholm, Sweden.
