Terms and conditions, digital AEPC 2021 meeting, May 25-27 2021.
The registration fee for all delegate categories includes access to the entire digital event platform including the Scientific sessions, the Exhibition and the Abstracts & Posters.
Method of Payment
Payment is required at the time of registration by Credit card (Visa/Mastercard) in SEK. Attendees should complete the relevant section of the registration form.
Letter of Confirmation/Payment Receipt
A letter of confirmation/payment receipt will be sent by email once the congress secretariat, Resia Kongress, has received the fully completed registration form and the related payment.
Access
All registered participants will receive personal access details to access the AEPC digital 2021 meeting platform. This access is strictly personal and cannot be given to any other person. Access information will be sent to registered participants well in advance of the AEPC digital 2021 meeting.
Cancellation policy
All changes or cancellations must be made in writing to the congress secretariat: aepc2021@resia.se
If cancellation is made before April 1, 2021, a cancellation fee of SEK 750 excl. VAT will be charged. If cancellation is made on or after April 1, 2021, no refund or reduction will be possible. Refund will not be given for unattended events or early termination of attendance. Refunds will be credited only to the person or entity who paid the original registration. All refunds will be processed after the meeting.
Change of participant
A handling fee of SEK 250 excl. VAT will be charged for every name change to an existing congress registration. Please contact the congress secretariat, Resia Kongress, if you want to make a name change.
