BOOKING CONDITIONS (Svenska längre ner)

Before you accept the offered camp slot for Side by Side 2023, it’s important that you know the following:

You may only book the slot/slots you/your group have been offered in the admission notice.
When you accept the offered camp slots and make your booking for a third party / group, you are responsible for supplying these guardians with all pertinent information.
EVERYBODY who will be present on the camp grounds, including teachers, parents and other adults must book their own slot and pay the participation fee.
The last day to cancel with full refund is May 5.
If we are forced to cancel or modify the camp, we may need to cancel your slot(s) and if that is the case, you will get a refund.
During Side by Side, we will document the acitivities in text, video, image and audio. We will publicize this information and use photographs and videos in our social media, on our websites, in print, and in other media to present and represent Side by Side before, during and after camp, for communications and marketing purposes. The material may also be used by our partners. This includes any material that participants send in/make available to us. Beyond this, we follow set laws and regulations as well as the Gothenburg Symphony Privacy Policy: www.gso.se/en/personal-data/

BOKNINGSVILLKOR

Du som tackar ja till erbjuden plats på Side by Side 2023 ska känna till:

Du får endast boka dig/din grupp till den plats/de platser som du fått erbjudande om i antagningsbeskedet.
Du som tackar ja och bokar platser för en grupp ansvarar för att ge vårdnadshavare nödvändig information.
ALLA som ska vara med på plats på lägret, alltså även medföljande lärare, föräldrar och andra vuxna måste boka plats och betala deltagaravgift.
Sista avbokningsdag med återbetalning är 5 maj.
Om vi tvingas ställa in eller anpassa lägret vi behöva avboka din plats/era platser och återbetala deltagaravgiften.
Under Side by Side kommer vi att dokumentera verksamheten i text och bild. Vi kommer att sprida informationen och använda fotografier och filmer i sociala medier, på vår hemsida, i trycksaker och i andra sammanhang där Side by Side presenteras under lägerveckan och i vår framtida kommunikation och marknadsföring. Detta gäller även material som deltagare skickar in till oss. Materialet kan också komma att användas av våra samarbetspartners.
