Welcome with your registration to Composites 2021 online conference
22-24 September 2021.

Place: Digital, from Gothenburg, Sweden

The participation fee includes: Full participation at the conference incl. one presentation (if abstract accepted), interaction with other speakers and access to separate discussion rooms (virtual coffee tables). Access to abstracts and conference papers will be through an open-source storage in a freely accessible platform with no time limit.

Payment
The conference fee can be billed to the specified billing address(an extra fee applies), or paid by card, through our secure PayEx solution.

VAT on fees
EU countries: Please have your VAT/tax registration number ready to enter before you start the registration process to avoid TAX payment. If you are unsure of the VAT number, click HERE to check and validate your VAT number. If you are from a country outside of EU – you can register without a VAT number.

Swedish organisations have to pay VAT.

All prices are listed in SEK and excludes 25% VAT.

The information we ask for in the registration is the information we need to properly arrange the meeting, logistics, login, payments etc. We will provide relevant information with our partners (CIMNE, Chalmers University of Technology and Queen’s University Belfast, Northern Ireland) with the same purpose. Neither we, nor our partners will share any information with third parties. We may keep your name and email address for future events, but you are always free to reject any invitations. Message

Cancellation of registration

The registration is binding. If you cannot attend the conference, your registration is transferable to another member of your organization. An administrative cost of SEK 250 will be charged.

Refund Policy: Registered attendees (AUTHORS AND NO AUTHORS) are liable for their full fees once the payment is processed (i.e., NO Refund will be made).

Payment
The conference fee can be billed to the specified billing address, or paid by card through our secure PayEx solution.
When paying by invoice an invoice fee of SEK 49 including VAT.
Meetx confirm and invoice incl. VAT. Payment terms are 30 days. Payment must be received before the meeting begins.

Change fees applicable for registration and invoices
Improper submitted billing address is charged SEK 250 for readdressing and retransmission of invoice.
Delayed payment fee is SEK 60.

Important information regarding VAT and Reversed Charge
The fees are stated in SEK excluding Swedish VAT. Please note that delegates representing a company or organization from a country outside of Sweden are NOT required to pay Swedish VAT on the virtual conference registration fee.

Outside EU
If you are from a country outside of EU you can register without a VAT number.

Inside EU
A valid VAT number is mandatory, otherwise VAT will be added to your registration fee. It is important that your number is stated exactly according to EU standards.

Delegates from Sweden and private persons
Delegates from Sweden and private persons are required to pay VAT on the registration fee (25%). You do not need to enter your VAT number at this stage.
