Registration
Registration should be made no later than 28th of July, 2024.
Confirmation
After completing the registration, a confirmation will be sent via e-mail to the specified e-mail address in the registration.
Registration fee
Please note that the registration fee for the conference is per person.
If several people from the same organization wish to attend the conference, all participants must be registered for the conference.
The registration fee is paid per person unless otherwise agreed with the organizer.
Registration with reverse charge
Registration with reverse charge is possible. Please use the separate link on the website.
Reverse charge is applicable for VAT-liable traders within the EU as well as Norway due to Export sale/Tax.
Cancellation of registration
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Travel Team Sweden AB, at oru@travelteam.se
A full refund of the registration fee will be provided for cancellations on or before the 28th of July, 2024.
A 50% refund of the registration fee will be provided for cancellations on or before the 12th of August, 2024.
All fees are non-refundable after the 12th of August, 2024
Cancellation of hotel reservation
Please note that accommodation is booked separately by the attending. Cancellation of hotel reservation or other matters relating to accommodation are referred directly to the hotel.
Changes in your registration
All changes to your registration, such as change of invoicing address, name change to a colleague, changes in registration category, changes in your registration or hotel reservation, will be subject to an administrative fee of 95 SEK.
Payment
Payment is made by invoice via the payment solution Billecta or secure card payment through the payment service SwePay. VAT will be added according to Swedish legislation and routines. Invoices will be sent out first after August 5, 2024.
- In the event of an incorrectly stated invoice address, SEK 275 will be charged for changing the address and resending the invoice.
- When changing a booking that generates a new invoice, a change fee of SEK 95 will be charged.
- Payment terms via invoice are 30 days with an additional invoicing fee of SEK 75 per invoice/reminder.
- The organizers cannot be held responsible for any financial loss resulting from exchange fluctuations. Other claims fees and default interest are added according to law.
Changes in the symposium
The organizers reserve the right to change the conference into a digital meeting or cancel the symposium if the circumstances surrounding both the political situation in Europe and the covid-19 pandemic, so require. A reduction in price nor compensation for booked trips can not be guaranteed in connection with this kind of change.
Rights
The organizer owns the rights to the conference and audio and/or video recording is not allowed.
