BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellation or alteration of your registration must be notified in writing (by e-mail) to: elisabet@umea-congress.se and will be subject to the following conditions:
Cancellation: Until 30 August 2023: refund of fee, minus 25% administrative charge. After 30 August 2023: no refund.
Name Change: Until 22 September 2023: name changes will be charged 25% of the conference fee. After 22 September 2023: no name changes will be accepted.
CHANGES
An administrative fee of 400 SEK + VAT will be charged for manual bookings carried out by an administrator instead of the participant. An administrative fee of 400 + VAT will also be charged for any changes made to a booking by an administrator after the invoice has been sent.

Umeå Congress handles all personal data under the GDPR Act and we are committed to protecting your privacy. We provide relevant information, as needed, with our partners such as travel agencies, hotels, and conference venues. Neither we nor our partners share any information with third parties and the information you provided will be used for purposes associated with this meeting only. During the conference photographs and videos may be taken. Promotion of similar events might be sent to contact information in the future.
