Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made four weeks before the first day of the conference will receive a full refund with the exception of a 300 SEK administration fee.
Cancellations made between four to two weeks before the first day of the conference will receive a refund for 50% of the conference fee. An administrative fee of 300 SEK will be charged.
No refunds can be guaranteed for cancellations made less than two weeks before the first day of the conference.
An administrative fee of 200 SEK will be charged for any changes made to a booking by an administrator after the invoice has been sent.

By accepting this agreement, you agree that your submitted contact details may be used for purposes related to this meeting, but also that EPPC & Umeå Congress may use your contact information for future conferences and similar events.
During the conference photographs and films will be taken. It’s possible that photos and films you appear in may be publicized on EPPCs & Umeå Congress’ websites, social media or newsletters.
