CANCELLATION POLICY
Before April 21:
An administrative fee of 200 SEK applies.
After April 21:
An administrative fee of 200 SEK and a cancellation fee of 500 SEK applies.
No refund after May 21
CHANGES
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information during the registration process. If an invoice needs to changed or completed after the initial invoice has been sent, an administrative fee of 200 SEK plus VAT will be added.
All cancellations and changes must be sent in written form to jesslyn@umea-congress.se
GDPR
Umeå Congress handles all personal data under the GDPR Act and will only use the information you have submitted for purposes associated with this conference.
FORCE MAJEURE
In the event the meeting is cancelled, by the meeting organizers, conference venue, or subcontractors, due to unforseen causes, an administrative fee of 300 SEK + VAT per delegate remains to be paid by the delegate.
