VAT ON FEES – IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please note that delegates representing a company or organisation from a country outside of Sweden are not required to pay Swedish VAT on the registration fee.

If you are from an EU country – a valid VAT number is mandatory, otherwise VAT will be added to your registration fee. A VAT number cannot be added after a registration has been confirmed. It is important that your number is stated exactly according to EU standards. Click here to see the number structure of each member state. To validate your number before registering, please click here.

If you are from a country outside of the EU – you can register without a VAT number.

Delegates from Sweden and private persons – are required to pay VAT on the registration fee (25%). You do not need to enter your VAT number at this stage.

All prices are listed in SEK excluding 25% VAT.

The information we ask for in the registration is the information we need to properly arrange the meeting, logistics, login, payments etc. We will provide relevant information with our partners (venue and industry) with the same purpose. Neither we nor our partners will share any information with third parties. We may keep your name and email address for future events, but you are always free to reject any invitations. We can not register your information without your approval. Cancellation of Online registration
No refunds are made for cancellations.

All changes should be done in writing to E-mail: NLC2022@meetx.se

Changing fees applicable for registration, invoices
Rejected improper invoice addresses are charged SEK 250 for readdressing and retransmission of an invoice.
Delayed payment fee is SEK 60 as a reminder fee.

Payment
All payments should be made in Swedish Crowns (SEK).
All bank transfer charges in connection with transferring fees are to be paid by the delegate.
No personal, company or Euro-cheques will be accepted.

Invoice
Only possible for companies/organisations with a valid VAT number (Org.nr). Invoice should be paid within 30 days.
Payment conditions are valid from todays date. Payment shall be received before the meeting begins.
An additional fee of 49 SEK including VAT will be charged when paying by invoice. Sweden MEETX confirm and invoice including VAT.

Credit card
Visa or MasterCard, Please note that all credit card payments are made through secure and encrypted online payment gateway,and will be listed as a transaction with Sweden MEETX AB on your credit card statement.
