Registration for PODCAST DAY by Radiodays Europe, in London, 16 June, 2020

Ticket prices are stated in EUR, excluding UK VAT.

If you have been supplied with a promotional code, you will have the opportunity to enter this in step 3 of your registration. The final price will then be adjusted accordingly.

By clicking the "I accept“ checkbox, you agree to the following terms and conditions which constitute a legally enforceable written end user agreement. If you agree to the terms on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the complete authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of such entity; or if you agree to the terms as an individual, you represent that you are over the age of 18.
All registered delegates will appear on a list of delegates, including name, position, company, city, country. No personal contact details will be disclosed.

Payment:
The due fee shall be paid by credit card through our secure Payex solution. In exceptional cases, a bank transfer can be accepted. For more information, please contact us in writing to r de@meetx.se
Unpaid fees will be required to be paid at the welcome desk before participants are admitted to the event.

Cancellation of registration:
No refunds can be made for cancellation of registration. However, registration may be transferred to another person. For transfer of registration, please contact us in writing to RDE@meetx.se

Force majeure:
The Association Radiodays Europe reserves the right to modify dates, locations, time schedules and programmes caused by “force majeure”. “Force majeure” is defined as incidents beyond anyone’s control such as - but not limited to - general strikes, invasions, hostilities, war, rioting or similar situations, or acts-of-God such as - but not limited to - epidemics, floods, volcanic eruption, earthquakes or other convulsions of nature and other acts. In that case, the registration remains binding.
In the case of event cancellation directly or indirectly caused by - or resulting from - "force majeure", Radiodays Europe will notify the registered persons. The contract shall automatically terminate, and the Association Radiodays Europe may retain as liquidated damages any and all fees paid by the registered person.

Our privacy statement
We are committed to protecting your privacy. The information we ask for in the registration is the information we need to properly arrange the meeting, logistics, login, payments etc. We will provide relevant information with our partners (travel agency / hotel / venue and industry) with the same purpose. Neither we nor our partners will share any information with third parties. We may keep your name and email address for future events, but you are always free to reject any invitations. We can not register your information without your approval. By confirming our cancellation policy and then clicking the "I accept the user agreement" button in our forms, you agree that we store your information for the above purposes.
