Cancellation rules for registration and social events:

The date of the conference may be changed if necessary. The arranger reserves the right to transfer your registration to the relevant date.

Our highest priority is the health and safety of visitors to the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre. Naturally we will continue to comply with the rules and recommendations of our authorities regarding the coronavirus. In the event that recommendations from the authorities prevent us from holding Vitalis in-person 18-20 May 2021, your seminar pass will be valid for remote Vitalis 18-20 May 2021 instead.

Should you be unable to attend social events due to the pandemic restrictions, the cost will be refunded in full

Change fees regarding registration and invoices, as well as hotel:

A fee of SEK 250 excl. VAT will be charged for any incorrectly entered invoice addresses to cover the cost of re-addressing and re-sending the invoice.

A reminder fee of SEK 60 will be charged for late payment. Other collection fees and late payment interest will be charged in accordance with the Debt Collection Act and the Interest Act, respectively.

Hotel room cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled at no cost up until 4 weeks prior to the arrival date.

Reservations cancelled between two and four weeks prior to the arrival date will be subject to a charge of 50% of the cost of the room.

No refund will be paid for cancellations made within two weeks of the arrival date.

Please note that changes in the arrival/departure date within this time interval are considered to be cancellations.

Should you be unable to attend the conference in-person due to the pandemic restrictions, the cost of the hotel will be refunded.

Cancellations and/or changes must always be arranged directly with Sweden MEETX AB.

Payment:

An invoice for the conference fee may be sent to the specified invoice address, or the fee may be paid by credit card via our secure DIBS solution.

Payment by invoice is subject to an invoice fee of SEK 49 incl. VAT.

Sweden MEETX AB confirms and invoices incl. VAT. Payment is due within 30 days. However, payment must be received before the meeting begins.
