Discounted group rate for participants - persons 4 and 5 receive 50% discounted registration fee.
Please note: Group registration for participants is offered to groups up to 5 personer. Accompanying persons are NOT included in group registration.

Please note that the dinner on Tuesday August 15 is not included.
Accommodation is not included, but can be booked through the registration form (Extra charge, please see "Accommodation" page.)
DAY CARDS

Students: SEK 800 excl. 25% VAT (SEK 1 000 incl. 25% VAT)
The delegate fee for day card includes:
- Day access to the session of the selected day during the conference
- Coffee and lunch during the selected conference day
- Access to the digital platform and all the recorded sessions and presentations until Dec 31, 2023
Tickets to the welcome reception on Monday August 14, the dinner on Tuesday August 15, and to the conference dinner at Uppsala Castle on Wednesday August 16 can be purchased.
Accompanying persons: SEK 400 excl. 25% VAT (SEK 500 incl. 25% VAT)
Included in the registration fee for accompanying persons:
- Guided walks August 13 or 14
- Welcome reception at Uppsala University Monday August 14
- Access to the digital platform and all the recorded sessions and presentations until Dec 31, 2023
Tickets to the dinner on Tuesday August 15 and to the conference dinner at Uppsala Castle on Wednesday August 16 can be purchased.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All changes and cancellations must be made in writing to conference secretariat Resia Kongress, congress@resia.se.
If cancellation is made before June 12, 2023, a cancellation fee of SEK 500 excl. 25% VAT will be charged. If cancellation is made after June 12, 2023, no refund or reduction will be possible.
If you are required to seek a VISA to enter Sweden and your visa application is denied, a full refund of your registration fee (does not include accommodation) will be granted up until July 1. Written proof of your visa rejection is required and should be sent to congress@resia.se. 1. After July 1 no refunds will be given. Please see here for full terms & conditions.
