Welcome to register for Sustainable HRM and Working-Life Practices Conference 2024
17-19 June
 

Venue: School of Business, Economics and Law (Handelshögskolan), Gothenburg University 

Registration
The registration fee provides entrance to the conference for all days and includes lunch and coffe and the welcome day event on the 17th. It does not include hotel and travel expenses.

Conference dinner on 18 June can be booked for an extra fee of 300 SEK excl. VAT (375 SEK incl. VAT).

All prices are listed in SEK and excluding 25% VAT.

VAT ON FEES – IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please note that all delegates are required to pay Swedish VAT on the registration fee (25%), social events (25%) and hotel (12%). Swedish tax legislation requires delegates to pay their conference fee including Swedish VAT, which may be reimbursed according to specific regulations. If you are from a country in the EU area, please search for refund of VAT at your tax office, in your home country.

A number of rooms have been blocked for the participants of the conference.  

Hotel room cancellation policy:
Up to 8 weeks prior to arrival date, booking can be canceled free of charge.
From 8 to 6 weeks prior to arrival - 50% of room rate is charged.
From 6 to 4 weeks prior to arrival - 80% of room rate is charged.
If canceled from 4 weeks up to the first date of arrival, no refund will be possible.

Cancellations and / or changes must always be made directly to Meetx via email to cghrm@meetx.se and NOT to the hotel.

Cancellation of registration
Until May 15th, cancellations are possible, and you will be refunded the conference fee minus a cost of SEK 700. After May 16th, no refunds can be made for cancellations. If you are unable to attend the conference, your registration is transferable to another member of your organization, with an administrative cost of SEK 350. All changes should be submitted in written form to cghrm@meetx.se.

Hotel room cancellation policy
Up to 8 weeks prior to arrival date, booking can be canceled free of charge.

Hotel changes costs 100 SEK excl. VAT per change. 

Method of payment
All payments should be made in Swedish krona (kr/SEK). All bank transfer charges in connection with transferring fees are to be paid by the delegate. No personal, company or Euro-cheques will be accepted.

Credit card – Visa, MasterCard. Please note that all credit card payments are made through secure and encrypted online payment gateway, and will be listed as a transaction with "Trippus Checkout" on your credit card statement.

Invoice – Only possible for Swedish companies/organisations with a valid Swedish VAT number (Org.nr). Invoices should be paid within 30 days. An administrational fee of SEK 350 excl. VAT applies in case of incorrectly stated invoice address.
