Cancellation of registration
Until May 15th, cancellations are possible, and you will be refunded the conference fee minus a cost of SEK 700. After May 16th, no refunds can be made for cancellations. If you are unable to attend the conference, your registration is transferable to another member of your organization, with an administrative cost of SEK 350. All changes should be submitted in written form to cghrm@meetx.se.
Hotel room cancellation policy
Up to 8 weeks prior to arrival date, booking can be canceled free of charge.
From 8 to 6 weeks prior to arrival - 50% of room rate is charged.
From 6 to 4 weeks prior to arrival - 80% of room rate is charged.
If canceled from 4 weeks up to the first date of arrival, no refund will be possible.
Cancellations and / or changes must always be made directly to Meetx via email to cghrm@meetx.se and NOT to the hotel.
Hotel changes costs 100 SEK excl. VAT per change.
Method of payment
All payments should be made in Swedish krona (kr/SEK). All bank transfer charges in connection with transferring fees are to be paid by the delegate. No personal, company or Euro-cheques will be accepted.
Credit card – Visa, MasterCard. Please note that all credit card payments are made through secure and encrypted online payment gateway, and will be listed as a transaction with "Trippus Checkout" on your credit card statement.
Invoice – Only possible for Swedish companies/organisations with a valid Swedish VAT number (Org.nr). Invoices should be paid within 30 days. An administrational fee of SEK 350 excl. VAT applies in case of incorrectly stated invoice address.
