User Agreement
Registration is binding, but you can send a substitute in the registrant's place, provided that you have notified us of this at least four days before the event. Notify changes to our customer service at eventsupport@nordiskemedier.se. Please note that we reserve the right to make changes to the program.
Policy Regarding the Processing of Personal Data
Nordiske Medier Stockholm AB is part of Nordiske Medier A/S, and our customer records are confidential. Your customer information such as contact details will not be used for any purpose other than providing you access to information and services from companies within the Nordiske Medier group or third parties approved by the Nordiske Medier group. To update your details, contact persondata@nordiskemedier.se.
Your personal data is processed using modern information technology and may, among other things, be used to fulfill customer relationships, analysis, marketing, and direct marketing by post or e-mail. Personal data may be supplemented by obtaining information from private and public records, for example, when updating address details. Personal data may be disclosed to other companies for necessary processing on behalf of Nordiske Medier, such as in connection with printing and distribution. Your personal data is always handled by the Nordiske Medier group, which has a data controller, and its approved partners. Modern information technology today includes contact methods such as email, SMS, MMS, and more. Your personal data is protected against deletion, alteration, and dissemination, both by the Nordiske Medier group and our approved partners. They are processed in secure environments and with technical support that ensures very high security during storage and transmission.
Data is protected against unauthorized alteration, dissemination, or access. In events where networking is an important element, your name, title, and company name will continue to be displayed on the list of participants shared with the event. Additionally, partners will have access to this information. Please note that your email address and other contact details will not be distributed. At events, we also take pictures that will be used in our media and for marketing purposes.
As a customer/member/user, you can request free information about your personal data (once per year) and revoke consent at any time. You can also request that data be deleted, changed, or blocked if they are found to be incorrect or incomplete by writing to the Data Controller:

By accepting the agreement, the customer/user consents to the processing of personal data described in this policy document. Nordiske Medier stores your data for up to five years.
