Registration fee and cancellations
The registration fee includes access to the scientific program as well as the welcome reception on the evening of Monday June 13. If you have registered as an online participant registration fee includes access to the sessions broadcast online. In case of cancellation, the following rules will apply: Requests for refunds will be honored until June 6, 2022 and the administration fee is SEK 150. No refund for cancellations will be made after this date. If you have any questions, please email us at symposium@bra.se.
Payment options
We urge delegates to pay by credit/debit card to avoid the administration fee. If you wish to pay by invoice (only applies to Swedish delegates), you will be asked to provide full billing details. An administration fee of SEK 50 will be added.
Storing of personal data
To be able to administrate the conference, Brå needs to process the following data from all conference participants: name, title, organization, address, country, email address and phone number. We will also collect your payment information when you pay with credit card or invoice. These personal data will be stored in a database in Sweden in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can at any time contact us at symposium@bra.se to access, correct or erase your data. You can also contact Brås data protection officer dataskyddsombud@bra.se.
In order to evaluate the virtual conference platform, to improve it for future conferences and to find out what conference participants find most interest in, Brå will also automatically collect data regarding how long you were logged in on the platform, which sessions you participated in, and how much time you spent in the various digital rooms.
When you are logged in to the virtual conference platform, other logged in delegates can see your name and your organization in the list of participants.
