Registration for the Stockholm Criminology Symposium 2024

PRIZE AWARD CEREMONY AND GALA DINNER ONLY

The prize award ceremony and gala dinner is bookable for symposium participants only. However, if you are a partner to a symposium participant you have the opportunity to buy a prize award ceremony and gala dinner only ticket.
Please note: It is not possible for partners to a symposium participant to attend only the prize award ceremony without buying a ticket för the gala dinner.

The prize award ceremony and gala dinner fee includes an evening at the Stockholm City Hall to celebrate the 2024 prize winners. The prize ceremony in the famous Blue Hall is followed by a dinner in the Golden Hall.

Please note that international guests can only pay by credit/debit card. If you are a Swedish delegate, choose to register more than one person at the same time and choose invoice as a payment option (email or post as a distribution method), the invoice will be sent to the first person that you register. Separate invoices are not possible when you register more than one person.

Registration fee and cancellations
The prize award ceremony and gala dinner fee includes an evening at the Stockholm City Hall to celebrate the 2024 prize winners. The prize ceremony in the famous Blue Hall is followed by a dinner in the Golden Hall.

In case of cancellation, the following rules will apply: Requests for refunds will be honored until May 24, 2024 minus an administration fee of SEK 150. No refund for cancellations will be made after this date.

We urge delegates to pay by credit/debit card. If you wish to pay by invoice (only applicable to Swedish delegates), you will be asked to provide full billing details.

Storing of personal data
To be able to administrate the conference, Brå needs to process the following data from all symposium participants: name, title, position in organization, organization, address, country, email and mobile number. Brå also needs to process information about any dietary preferences in order to be able to meet these needs during the symposium. We will also collect your payment information when you pay with credit/debit card or invoice. These personal data will be stored in a database in Sweden in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can at any time contact us at symposium@bra.se to access, correct or erase your data. You can also contact Brås data protection officer dataskyddsombud@bra.se.

The Stockholm prize in criminology award ceremony and gala dinner

Please choose if you would like to add a ticket to the Stockholm prize in criminology gala dinner to be held on Tuesday June 11 at Stockholm City Hall. The prize award ceremony starts at 18:30hrs in the famous Blue Hall and the gala dinner will follow in the Golden Hall at 20:00hrs.

Payment options
We urge delegates to pay by credit/debit card to avoid the administration fee. If you wish to pay by invoice (only applies to Swedish delegates), you will be asked to provide full billing details. An administration fee of SEK 50 will be added.

Storing of personal data
To be able to administrate the conference, Brå needs to process the following data from all conference participants: name, title, organization, address, country, email address and phone number. We will also collect your payment information when you pay with credit card or invoice. These personal data will be stored in a database in Sweden in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can at any time contact us at symposium@bra.se to access, correct or erase your data. You can also contact Brås data protection officer dataskyddsombud@bra.se.

In order to evaluate the virtual conference platform, to improve it for future conferences and to find out what conference participants find most interest in, Brå will also automatically collect data regarding how long you were logged in on the platform, which sessions you participated in, and how much time you spent in the various digital rooms.

When you are logged in to the virtual conference platform, other logged in delegates can see your name and your organization in the list of participants.
