All bookings is to be paid directly by creditcard (VISA and Mastercard).

Cancellation policy
Deadline to cancel accommodation with refund (minus administrative fee SEK 300 excl.VAT)  is March 1, 2021.
After this date there is no refund.

However you can assign your accommodation to another participant , there is a name change fee of SEK 250 excl.VAT.
Please contact the accommodation secretary for namechange.

Bus transfer to euro Mine Expo -
The following accommodations will have transfer buses to the Euro Mine Expo venue , tuesday to thursday. Time Schedule will be presentet in spring 2021.
