MeetInCPH will confirm, if any additional supplier delegates, at 7.900 DKK (excl. 25% VAT) per delegate, can be offered, based upon the capacity of the show venue and the overall number of confirmed delegates for the show.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Legal owner and the data processor: north HOSPITALITY ApS, with the physical address at Borgergade 91, 1. tv., 1300 Copenhagen, Denmark (CVR: 42946648), is the sole legal owner of MeetInCPH. 

Coronavirus/COVID-19: MeetInCPH ensures that all relevant activities and health and safety precautions are agreed with and conducted by all partners involved, with reference to the prevalent guidance provided by the Danish Health Authority. 

Visas, vaccinations, testing and pre-travel documentation: All participants are responsible for checking and implementing all health, safety and COVID-19 requirements which are applicable for participating MeetInCPH in Copenhagen, Denmark on May 2nd and 3rd, 2022 

Cancellation Policy: Should MeetInCPH cancel the event as a consequence of force majeure, all payments made to the organizer will be credited towards a future MeetInCPH. Force Majeure events can be, but are not limited to: Unusual weather situations, natural disasters, war, armed conflict / riots, epidemic / pandemic conditions (and including quarantine conditions) or the like. 

MeetInCPH reschedule policy: The organizer reserves the right to reschedule MeetInCPH, as a consequence of force majeure or COVID-19, for a date considered appropriate. The terms and conditions will automatically transfer to the rescheduled dates. The organizer shall not be liable for any consequential damages incurred due to the rescheduling. 

Payment terms for the exhibitors: Full prepayment is required to confirm your space. Payment is due 7 days after your registration/invoice issuing date. The registration is binding and not refundable 7 days after the date of your registration. 

Terms for MeetInCPH buyers: In case of cancellation 14 days prior to May 1st. 2022, a fee of 300 € will be invoiced plus a fee covering transportation and accommodation, if this has been granted. 

Travel insurance: Travel insurance is not covered by MeetInCPH. It is advisable to plan and organize your own travel insurance. MeetInCPH accepts no liability and cancellations in respect of any illness arising in connection with Covid-19. Attendees and exhibitors must ensure that they are adequately insured for any and all consequential costs relating to the virus or any other personal reasons. 

Promotional materials: MeetInCPH will document the event and reproduce photos and recordings through news or promotional material. By participating at the event, you grant the organizer and its partnering suppliers the right to use your professional biography and any photography or video taken during the event for promotional purposes.

User agreement: We care about protecting your privacy. The information we ask you for in the registration is information we need to be able to carry out the meeting, logistics, login, payments, etc. correctly. We will provide relevant information with our partners (travel agency / hotel / facility and industry) for the same purpose. Neither we nor our partners will share any information with third parties. We may keep your name and email address for future arrangements, but you are always free to decline any invitations. We may not register your information without your approval, by you confirm and click on the button "I approve and have read the privacy policy" in our registration forms, you agree that we store your information in accordance with the conference's privacy policy.
