Delegates

Early bird, by September 23, 2021:

Regular fee, September 24-October 27, 2021:

  • Delegate: SEK 3500 excl. 25% VAT

  • Welcome mingle, 9 November, 17.30-19.30
  • Conference, including lunch and coffee according to the program, 10-12 November.

Students (bachelor and master-level)

Fee for students (bachelor and master-level): SEK 800 excl. 25% VAT.

Payment instructions
Payment should be made by credit card or invoice.

Credit card payment - for both Swedish and international delegates:
Please choose "Payment Service". Follow the instructions in the registration form. Approved cards are VISA and Mastercard. Please assure that your credit card is open for internet purchases.

Invoice - for Swedish residents only:
Invoice fee: SEK 40 excl. 25% VAT. 

Please make sure that you write your invoice address and reference exactly as your organization requires. If your invoice has to be re-sent due to an incorrectly stated invoice address or reference, a fee of SEK 250 excl. 25% VAT will be charged to issue a new invoice. In case of late payment, SEK 60 excl. 25% VAT will be charged in reminder fee. Other requirements and penalty interest are added according to the Debt Collection Act and the Interest Act. 

Terms of registration

All changes or cancellations must be made in writing to course secretariat Resia, congress.boras@resia.se.

If the conference should be cancelled due to the covid-19 situation, the registration fee will be reimbursed. 

Cancellation of conference participation
If you cancel your participation by 23 September, 2021, a cancellation fee of SEK 500 excl. 25% VAT will be charged. If your registration fee has already been paid, it will be credited with a deduction of SEK 500. If cancellation is made after 23 September, 2021, no refund or reduction will be possible. If your travel to and from the congress has been made by Resia, terms of cancellation per conveyor apply.

Cancellation of accommodation
Hotel rooms can be cancelled until 23 September, 2021. A cancellation fee of SEK 250 excl. 25% VAT will be charged. If cancellation is made after 23 September, 2021, no refund or reduction will be possible. 

NOTE: If the conference should be cancelled due to the covid-19 situation, no reduction of accommodation costs or refund for paid accommodation can be made after September 23. 

Change of participant
If you cannot participate in the conference, you can transfer your registration to a colleague. The fee for transfer is SEK 250 excl. 25% VAT. Please contact the conference secretariat, Resia Kongress, if you want to transfer your registration.

Change of invoicing address
If a new invoice has to be made due to an incorrectly stated invoicing address, an administrative fee of SEK 250 excl. 25% VAT will be charged.

Force majeure
The registration fee is not refundable in the event of a cancelled conference after 23 September, 2021, due to conditions outside our control, such as fire, natural disaster, labour conflict, terrorist attack, or government decisions.
