Policy regarding processing of personal data
Nordiske Medier Stockholm AB is part of Nordiske Medier A/S, and our customer databases are confidential. Your customer information such as your contact details will not be used in any way other than to give you access to information and services form companies in the Nordiske Medier Group or third parties approved by the Nordiske Medier Group. To amend your data, contact eventanmalan@nordiskemedier.se.
Your personal data is handled using modern information technology and can be used, for instance, for the fulfilment of customer relationships, analysis, marketing and direct marketing, by post or digitally. The personal data may be supplemented by collection from private and public databases, for example in updating address details. The personal data may be passed to other companies for necessary processing on behalf of Nordiske Medier, for example in connection with printing and distribution. Your personal data is always handled by the Nordiske Medier Group, which has a personal data controller, and its approved partners. Modern information technology today means contact routes such as e-mail, SMS and MMS text messages, etc.
Your personal data is protected against erasure, alteration and distribution, and this applies both to the Nordiske Medier Group and to our approved partners. It is processed securely and with technical support that ensures a very high level of security in storage and transfer. The data is protected against unauthorised alteration, distribution or access.
At events where networking sessions are an important element, your name, title and company name will continue to be shown on the list of participants provided. In addition, partners will have access to this data. Note that your e-mail address and other contact details will not be given wider distribution. At events we will also take pictures. The pictures will be used for media and marketing purposes.
As a customer/member/user you may request information on your personal data free of charge (once annually) and you may revoke consent you have given, at any time. You may also request that your personal data be deleted, amended or blocked, if it is found to be inaccurate or incomplete. This can be done by sending an e-mail to persondata@nordiskemedier.se, or by writing a letter to our Personal Data Controller:
