How does Resia Kongress handle your personal data?

Terms of registration

All changes or cancellations must be made in writing to the conference secretariat Resia Kongress, congress@resia.se.

Cancellation of accommodation:
If cancellation of acommodation is made by July 26, 2021, paid hotel costs will be refunded. If cancellation is made after July 26, 2021, no refund or reduction will be possible.

Cancellation of participation:
If you have to cancel your participation in the event, we kindly ask you to do so no later than August 1, 2021.

Force majeure
The paid accommodation fees are not refundable in the event of a cancelled or postponed course after July 26 2021, due to conditions outside our control, such as fire, natural disaster, labour conflict, terrorist attack, government decisions, spread of viruses or other diseases.
