Terms and conditions:
Please note that you may be required to present a COVID Pass in order to gain access to the congress.
Cancellation: Cancellations must be sent in writing. The Organisers shall retain 10% of the fee if cancellation is received by January 26, 2022. 100% of the fee will be charged if cancellation is received after January 26, 2022.

Terms of payment:
An invoice will be issued after registration, if you don't pay by credit card. Payment should be made within 30 days upon received invoice. If you require the invoice to be issued at a later date, please inform the conference secretariat when you register as a sponsor or exhibitor.
