Exhibition ticket

Mobile number and email address will be used to communicate information during the trade fair days. It is important that we receive accurate information about each participant.

You enter any discount code at the last step of the registration under "Summary".

If you book more than one person, you will see a button at the top right of each window, which you can press to copy over certain fields from person number one.

Two shows - one event
As a conference participant, you get to take part in two conferences: Stockholm Tech Show and Nordic Mobility. 1 ticket = 2 conferences.

Our fairs are pure trade fairs and only open to representatives from business and the public sector. We do not accept students or job seekers. Identification may be required together with a business card/identification of the company/organization at the entrance - age limit 18 years.

We want to protect your personal integrity. The information we ask from you in your registration is necessary to be able to complete your registration to the meeting with logistics, login, payment etc. in a correct way. We are going to leave relevant information to our partners (travel agencies, hotels, facility, and industry) with the same purpose. Neither we nor our partners will share any of the information you give to us to a third party. We could keep your name and email for future marketing and other arrangements; however, you are always free to decline the information from us. We are not allowed to register your information without your approval, by your confirmation and clicking on the button “I approve and have read the integrity-policy” in our registration form you are confirming that we handle you information in accordance with Live Expos integrity-policy: https://www.liveexpo.se/integritetspolicy/

Your conference ticket may be invoiced to your indicated invoice-address, alternatively paid with card through our safe Swedbank Pay solution

When payment with invoice, an invoice-fee of 49 SEK will be added.

Trippus confirms and invoices including VAT. The term of payment is 30 days. The payment must be received to us before the start of the conference.

Invoice change fees:

In case of incorrectly stated invoice-address you will be charged 250 SEK for redirection and resend of the invoice. In case of a late payment, you will be charged 60 SEK as a reminder fee. Other recuirement fees and delayed interest added according to the debt collection law (inkassolagen) and the interest act (räntelagen).

We reserve the right to change and update the conferences’ content and date. No refund if canceled and no possibilites to change the name. The ticket is personal.

Our exhibitions are pure professional and therefore only accessible to representatives from business and the public sector. A valid identity and a business card/identification of the company or organization will be needed at the entrance. Age limit is 18. We do not accept students or jobseekers.

Användaravtal och bokningsvillkor

Betalning:

Mässbiljett är kostnadsfritt och ingen betalning görs.
Konferensbiljett kan faktureras till angiven fakturaadress, alternativt betalas med kort via vår säkra Swedbank Pay lösning.

Vid betalning mot faktura (för konferensbiljett/fokusdagar) tillkommer en fakturaavgift om 49 kr.

Trippus bekräftar och fakturerar inklusive moms. Betalningsvillkor är 30 dagar. Dock ska inbetalning ska vara oss tillhanda innan konferensen startar.

Ändringsavgifter gällande fakturor:

Vid felaktigt uppgiven fakturaadress debiteras 250 kr för omadressering och omsändning av faktura.
Vid försenad betalning debiteras 60 kr i påminnelseavgift. Övriga kravavgifter och dröjsmålsränta tillkommen enligt inkassolagen respektive räntelagen.

Anmälan är bindande, men kan överlåtas till annan person mot en kostnad av 750 kr ex.moms. Kontakta Live Expo skriftligen via info@liveexpo.se

Vi förbehåller oss rätten att förändra och uppdatera konferensens innehåll samt datum. Biljetten är ej avboknings- eller ombokningsbar. Våra mässor är rena fackmässor/fackkonferenser och endast öppna för representanter från näringslivet och offentlig sektor. Legitimation kan krävas tillsammans med visitkort/identifiering av företag/organisation i entrén. Vi tar ej emot studenter eller arbetssökande - åldersgräns 18 år.

Priserna är exkl. moms.

Avbokningsskydd

Med Avbokningsskydd är du garderad och får full återbetalning av konferensavgiften om du inte kan delta på Energimässan vid händelse av oväntad sjukdom.

Så fungerar vårt Avbokningsskydd:

Avbokningsskydd kan endast beställas online när du anmäler dig som konferensdeltagare på Energimässan och kan inte läggas till i efterhand.
Ditt deltagande måste avbokas via mail till info@liveexpo.se senast 2 timmar innan Energimässan öppnar den dag som ditt deltagande på mötesplatsen skulle påbörjats.
Avbokningsskyddet är personligt, vid gruppbokning ska varje enskild person beställa Avbokningsskydd för att det ska gälla.
För att ansöka om återbetalning av konferensavgiften måste du kunna uppvisa läkarintyg i original.
Återbetalningen gäller enbart konferensavgiften, ej resor, hotell eller andra utgifter du har i samband med ditt deltagande på Energimässan.
Kostnaden för Avbokningsskyddet återbetalas ej.
Avbokningsskyddet täcker inte avbokningar som görs på grund av undersökning, operation, behandling och/eller inläggning på sjukhus som planerades innan ditt deltagande på Energimässan bokades.
