VAT ON FEES – IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please note that all delegates are required to pay Swedish VAT on the registration fee (25%) and social events (25%). Swedish tax legislation requires delegates to pay their conference fee including Swedish VAT, which may be reimbursed according to specific regulations. If you are from a country in the EU area, please search for refund of VAT at your tax office, in your home country.

Hotel
We have a number of pre-booked rooms for the participants of the Vascog 2023 conference. Please note that we cannot guarantee that there will be room availible during the entire registration period.

Hotel room cancellation policy:
Up to 8 weeks prior to arrival date, booking can be canceled free of charge.
From 8 to 6 weeks prior to arrival - 50% of room rate is charged.
From 6 to 4 weeks prior to arrival - 80% of room rate is charged.
If canceled from 4 weeks up to the first date of arrival, no refund will be possible.

Cancellations and / or changes must always be made directly to Meetx via email to vascog2023@meetx.se and NOT to the hotel.

Message

Cancellation of registration and social events
The registration is binding and we regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations. If you cannot attend, your registration is transferable to another member of your organisation, an administrative cost of SEK 250 will be charged. All changes should be done in written form to: vascog2023@meetx.se

Method of payment
All payments should be made in Swedish krona (kr/SEK). All bank transfer charges in connection with transferring fees are to be paid by the delegate. No personal, company or Euro-cheques will be accepted.

Credit card – Visa, MasterCard. Please note that all credit card payments are made through secure and encrypted online payment gateway, and will be listed as a transaction with "Trippus Checkout" on your credit card statement.

Invoice – Only possible for Swedish companies/organisations with a valid Swedish VAT number (Org.nr). Invoices should be paid within 30 days. An administrational fee of SEK 250 excl. VAT applies in case of incorrectly stated invoice address.

Data
The delegate agrees that all photos and abstracts can be used by VasCog, the host of VasCog 2023 in Gothenburg, for further steps. These include publishing all abstracts in Cerebral Circulation - Cognition & Behavior (CCCB), Social Media or future congresses. The delegate agrees that registration data will be housed digitally by VasCog and will be used in the future for sending information by email to members and attendees. The delegate agrees that name / company / country will be printed in the official delegate list of the congress. No data will be transferred to a further third party.
